We have many years' experience designing for older people and their needs, including people living with dementia and memory loss. It's all in the details: the materials, the changes of colour and texture that make edges, steps and doorways easy to see, even lighting without glare or dark corners, and the way every room and every piece of furniture is used. Done well, none of it looks clinical. It looks like a warm, beautiful, stylish home.

Insulation, glazing, ventilation, a heat pump and solar panels, in the right order and only where they earn their keep. Our director is a BREEAM Advisory Professional (Site and Design), so the energy decisions on your home are made by the person drawing it, from the first sketch.

We manage it all, so you can enjoy the journey as well as the home.
Most people building their forever home want one thing above all: not to have to run the project themselves. So we don't just design it.
We handle the planning and Building Regulations applications, help you choose a builder we know and trust, and put a proper JCT building contract in place. Then we run it for you: we value the work, certify payments only for work done, agree any changes in writing before they happen, and make sure any defects are put right. You always know where the money stands, and you have one person to call.
Our aim is simple: a calm, happy project, and a home you're glad you built.
